Policies and Guidelines
This site is dedicated to keeping the Hero Family of robots alive.
In doing so I am providing the Hero Robot source code to owners of Hero Robots
for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing their robot. Access to this code
is
made available only to those who accept the
terms of the following agreement:
- My transfer will be logged
- I am an owner of a Hero-2000 Robot
- I understand the code's copyright is still enforce and has only been
modified to allow Hero Owners use for personal, non-commercial use.
- I understand the standards and laws of the community, site and computer
to which I am transporting this material, and am solely responsible for
my actions.
- If I use these services in violation of the above agreement, I understand
I may be in violation of local and federal laws and am solely responsible
for my actions.
- By logging on, I will have released and discharged the providers, owners
and creators of this site from any and all liability which might arise.
